Daily maintenance

Daily inspection: clean the dust on the cabinet surface and inside to avoid dust accumulation that may reduce insulation; check whether the drawer unit is stuck, whether the operating handle is flexible, and whether the positioning is accurate; measure the temperature of the busbar connection point (using an infrared thermometer) to ensure that it does not exceed 70℃ (when the ambient temperature is 40℃).

Regular maintenance: check whether the secondary plug-in is in good contact, whether it is oxidized or loose, and apply conductive paste if necessary; test the opening and closing time and operating current of the circuit breaker to ensure that the protection function is normal; tighten the busbar bolts to prevent loosening and heating due to vibration.

Common troubleshooting

1. The drawer cannot be pushed forward: It may be that the positioning pin is misaligned or there is a foreign object on the guide rail. It is necessary to clean the guide rail and adjust the positioning mechanism after powering off.

2. The circuit breaker trips frequently: Check whether it is overloaded (measure current with a clamp meter) or short-circuited (measure insulation with a megohmmeter), and reset after eliminating the load fault.

3. The busbar temperature is too high: It is mostly caused by loose bolts. It needs to be re-tightened after powering off (according to the specified torque, the copper bar is generally 35-50N・m).
