1. Framework Design
The industrial electrical control cabinets’ type frame uses high-strength cold-rolled steel sheets bent to form, and the welding-free assembly is achieved through fast-assembled joints, which facilitating rapid assembly and post-stage maintenance on site.
Profile with standard installation holes, adaptable to DIN rail, installation plate, beam and other accessories, can flexibly adjust the internal layout, to meet the installation needs of different electrical components.
2. Surface Protection and Sealing Processes
The industrial electrical control cabinets are electrostatically sprayed with pale green epoxy powder, with a uniform coating and strong adhesion, and has anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, suitable for complex industrial environments.
The edge of the door panel is pre-installed with black sealed adhesive strips, combined with IP54 grade protection design, which can effectively prevent dust and water splashing, and ensure the safe operation of the electrical equipment in the cabinet.
3. Detail and custom design
The doorboard reserves open holes for the display screen, buttons, and indicator lights, allowing the user to subsequently install the components directly without secondary processing.
The top of the industrial electrical control cabinet is equipped with a sliding ring, and the bottom is reserved for fixed holes to be installed, making it easy to carry and install on-site.
1. Assembly and pre-assembly: Complete the pre-assembly and commissioning of parts such as cabinet frames, door panels, and installation panels in the factory to ensure that the structural size, opening smoothness, and matching of accessories completely meet the customer's requirements.
2. Protective packaging: multi-layer packaging using bubble film + cowhide paper + wrap film is attached to a wooden pallet to prevent bumps and moisture during transportation.
3. Container shipping: According to the customer's requirements of the shipping mark (destination port: BUSAN, box number identification) to complete the labeling, loading into the container shipping, to ensure the safe arrival of the goods to South Korea Busan port.
