The Vertical PLC Control Cabinet Enclosure is made from high-quality, cold-rolled steel sheet,The steel sheet is cut, formed and assembled to the required cabinet dimensions. Before the powder coating process, the steel surface will go through two pre-treatment procedures: degreasing and phosphating, to get fully prepared for the subsequent spraying operation. The finished paint layer is even, full and firm, and the formed protective coating can effectively resist moisture erosion, oxidation rust, and daily wear from regular ambient exposure. This type of enclosure can fit various indoor application scenarios. For outdoor usage, we can also make exclusive customization based on the required protection rating and surface treatment standard. Pre-reserved openings for display screens, meters and control buttons are arranged on the cabinet door, and the position & size of all these openings can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirements of the design drawings.
Lifting hooks on the cabinet top assist with handling and positioning during transportation and installation. Inside the cabinet, The Vertical PLC Control Cabinet Enclosure uses adjustable mounting beamsand DIN rail mounting bases are installed, enabling flexible adjustment of component mounting positions. The internal layout provides space for component installation and cable routing, allowing wiring to be arranged according to the control system design, making it convenient for assembly plants to arrange components and lay out wiring. The cabinet doors feature heavy-duty shock-absorbing hinges and specialized locks, with a standard grounding cable included. The cabinet uses a sealed door structure.
