The power distribution cabinets adopts a TS profile structure, with a width of 1205mm, a depth of 1005mm, and a height of 2205mm and also with a 300mm thick plinth. This structural design endows the distribution cabinet with exceptional strength and stability. TS-type profiles undergo multiple bending processes with high precision, enabling them to withstand heavy loads and effectively resist external impacts and vibrations. This design ensures better protection of internal electrical components from damage in complex industrial environments.
The power distribution cabinets are equipped with three 3mm - thick mounting plates on both sides and the back , which greatly enhances the load - bearing capacity of the cabinet. These thick mounting plates can firmly install various electrical components. The high thickness and high - quality materials of the mounting plates can effectively prevent deformation, ensuring the installation accuracy of electrical components and reducing failures such as poor contact caused by the deformation of the mounting plates.
