What do we need to do to produce a complete product?
SKTY® will now introduce our production process to you：
1. Design drawing: We have a professional technical team who will draw detailed electrical principles and box structure drawings based on the installation environment and functional requirements of the distribution box;
2. Material preparation: After determining the drawings and production plan of the distribution box, the procurement department will choose suitable materials based on the design requirements. Generally, cold-rolled steel plates or stainless steel plates with good strength and corrosion resistance will be selected, and these engineering materials will be handed over to the cutting technology team to cut the materials according to the corresponding sizes for backup;
3. Processing and surface treatment of distribution box: The factory processes the distribution box through bending, welding, drilling, polishing and other processes to ensure that the structure of the distribution box meets the design requirements. The distribution box is also treated with rust removal, spraying and other treatments to improve its anti-corrosion ability;
4. Electrical components of distribution box: Purchase electrical components that meet quality standards and technical requirements according to requirements, and complete installation according to the drawings;
5. Distribution box circuit connection: Use appropriate specifications of wires to ensure clear identification and firm and neat wiring;
6. Performance and quality testing of distribution boxes: After assembly, strict performance testing and comprehensive quality inspection are conducted on the electrical performance of the distribution box to ensure that all performance indicators meet the requirements. Unqualified products are reworked;
7. Packaging and storage: After passing all inspections, the products are packaged and protected, and finally stored for shipment;
