Wall-Mount Cabinets: Compact and shallow enclosures directly mounted on structural walls, utilizing vertical space to save floor area. Made of steel, aluminum or high-grade plastic, they come with pre-punched mounting brackets for easy installation on concrete walls or studs, requiring sturdy walls to bear 27–130kg (varies by size) via expansion bolts.

Floor-Standing Cabinets: Robust, full-sized enclosures installed on the floor with a stable base. Constructed from thick-gauge steel (1.5–2.0mm body, 2.0mm doors), they feature front/rear access doors and optional lifting eyebolts. Outdoor models need a base ≥200mm high to prevent water accumulation, with a modular structure for easy assembly and cable management.

Load Capacity and Size

Wall-Mount Cabinets: Designed for light to moderate loads, suitable for small circuit breakers and terminal blocks. Available in 6U–24U sizes, they are compact and not suitable for heavy electrical components.

Floor-Standing Cabinets: Support heavy loads (up to 363kg/800 lbs) to house transformers, UPS systems and large circuit breakers. Sizes range from 27U–45U, with customizable dimensions and adjustable mounting plates for flexible component installation.

Floor-Standing Cabinets: Suitable for industrial plants, data centers and large commercial buildings, where complex, heavy-duty electrical systems require high robustness, scalability and easy maintenance access.
