Upon entering the venue, we were greeted with a wide variety of gifts prepared by the company. There were daily necessities such as rice, flour, oil, and noodles, as well as electronic items like watches and wristbands. Cute Year of the Horse mascots were also everywhere, creating a lively and festive atmosphere.
The event began with a speech from the company leadership. They talked about SKYT’s breakthroughs in overseas markets over the year—our products now export to more than 50 countries. Many long-term international clients also placed additional orders. The leadership specifically mentioned several key projects that required the entire company to work overtime. At that time, not only did production workers stay on duty, but administrative staff also went to the workshop to help with production.
The most exciting part was undoubtedly the awards ceremony. We recognized outstanding employees, perfect attendance winners, new outstanding staff, and more. Even those who did not receive an award could join the lucky draw, so everyone went home with something.
After the awards, we enjoyed performances and team games, which pushed the atmosphere to a climax. The shows, written and performed by our own employees, were wonderful and energetic. Interactive games lit up the whole room. Although none of us were professional performers, we put our hearts into everything we did. At that moment, all employees let go of work pressure and simply enjoyed the joyful time together as part of the SKYT family.
