Today, we would like to introduce two spraying processes: UV Curing Coating and Etching Coating.
For UV Curing Coating, UV coating is evenly sprayed onto the cabinet surface, followed by irradiation with ultraviolet (UV) light to cure the coating. After the spraying process is completed, a raised texture can be felt when touching the surface by hand.
As for Etching Coating, a chemical etching solution is sprayed to dissolve the cabinet surface, forming patterns on it. After spraying, a recessed texture is perceptible to the touch.
Essentially, there is no absolute "superiority" or "inferiority" between the two processes. The choice depends on individual application needs, and sometimes the two processes can even be used in combination.
As shown in the figures below: Figure 1 displays the effect of UV Curing Coating, while Figure 2 shows that of Etching Coating. These are the cabinets with two different spraying finishes manufactured by Shouke Yuantuo according to customer requirements, for customers to choose from.

Meanwhile, we offer not only a selection of spraying technologies but also customization of cabinet colors, materials, and more based on customer needs. Even if you have not yet finalized your design concept, we can deploy a team of professional engineers to create a tailored design solution for you, considering aspects such as process compatibility and functional optimization. We undertake custom non-standard projects for all types of power distribution cabinets. If you have any product requirements, please feel free to contact us at any time.
