Industrial grade electrical cabinets are equipment used to install and protect various components.Shouke® is a professional manufacturer of electrical cabinet products. We have high requirements for product quality, so we have a strict process flow in the production process.
High-quality cold-rolled steel plates, galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, and other materials are frequently used to make industrial grade electrical cabinet shells. Cold-rolled steel plates are the most commonly used materials, with good corrosion resistance and strength, suitable for most indoor environments; galvanized steel plates can form a sealed structure after forming, welding, polishing and other processes, with good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and can meet the use requirements in outdoor environments; stainless steel plates have better corrosion resistance and aesthetics, and are suitable for indoor environments with higher requirements or some outdoor environments.
1.Laser cutting
According to the design drawings and dimensions of the industrial grade electrical cabinet, place the selected profile on the workbench of the laser cutting machine, and adjust the machine parameters according to the thickness of the plate we choose for cutting. After completion, check the error and cut to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cutting.
2.CNC punching
By programming the die stamping path and parameters, quickly and accurately punch holes and slots of various shapes on the profile.
First, choose molds of different specifications according to different plates. Accurately control the bending angle and size according to the design requirements. For complex shells, it can be completed in multiple times to ensure that it meets the requirements of the design drawings.
First, clean the plate, and then choose the appropriate welding method according to different plates. When welding, strictly control the current voltage and welding speed to ensure that the weld is uniform and full. After welding, polish the weld to ensure the overall beauty and smoothness of the product.5. Surface treatment
1.Pickling
According to the different degrees of rust, use hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid solution to remove the rust and oxidation on the surface. After removal, rinse the shell with clean water to remove the residual solution.
2.Spraying
Use a spray gun to evenly spray the charged powder coating on the surface of the industrial grade electrical cabinet shell. After evenly spraying, the shell is cured at high temperature. After curing, the sprayed powder coating is completely melted, leveled and cured to form a hard, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant surface coating.
After production is completed, a strict quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the product fully meets customer requirements.
Select appropriate packaging materials according to the size, weight and transportation requirements of the electrical cabinet housing to ensure that the product will not be damaged during transportation.
