This industrial fire extinguisher cabinet is constructed from cold-rolled steel, industrial-grade sheet metal. The cabinet body starts at 1.5 mm thick, with the door panel at 1.2 mm thick.The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, consisting of a zinc-rich primer coat and a white topcoat, providing impact resistance and rust prevention.The cabinet adopts seamless welding and integrated bending technology, free of welding or virtual welding. It can withstand an internal pressure of over 1.5 MPa, securely containing the unit even in the event of abnormal pressure inside the fire extinguisher.
This industrial fire extinguisher cabinet features a full-glass observation window, allowing users to check the status of the fire extinguishers without opening the door. This design simplifies the inspection process. The cabinet is equipped with double mechanical locks at the top and bottom to prevent unauthorized entry, accidental operation of fire extinguishers, or unauthorized misuse, while also providing reliable protection for internal electrical components.Dense ventilation louvers are installed on all four sides of the door, ensuring proper air circulation inside the cabinet to prevent overheating and failure of fire extinguishers and electrical components, while blocking dust and debris, balancing heat dissipation and protection.Standard mounting beams and pre-drilled fixing holes are reserved on the inner side of the cabinet. Fire extinguishers, fire control modules, circuit breakers, relays and other electrical components can be mounted directly without additional drilling.
