Accroding to the customer’s requirments,these electrical enclosure cabinets some made of cold rolled steel panels while some are made of Stainless Steel.These two different materials has its own adavantages and strong points.comparing with stainless steel, the cold rolled steel panel is more stronger, it has low cost, high strength and hardness.But the stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and good high-temperature oxidation resistance.
In order to make the cabinet more beautiful and improve its corrosion resistance, the surface has been treated with powder coating.
The thickness of the door and the body of the electrical enclosure cabinets is 1.5mm; Installation plate thickness is 2.0mm;spray color RAL7035 ,Front single door,No flower galvanized installation plate 1 piece and some boxes are installed a rain cover on the top.
The rear door can be single-door, double-door or back panel, which can be customized according to customer needs.
The frame is densely distributed with modulus holes with a spacing of 25mm, which is easy to install and expand. The mounting plate can be moved back and forth to adjust the depth, which is easy to adapt to different equipment.
The galvanized mounting plate can be pushed into the cabinet from the front through the guide rail using a plastic slide, and there are U-shaped flanges on both sides to make the mounting plate stronger and easier to handle
