The core material of this cold rolled steel outdoor observation type cabinet is cold-rolled steel, rather than cheap and inferior thin iron sheets. We adopt cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of 1.5–2.0 mm, featuring high strength and good toughness. They are more impact-resistant and less prone to deformation than ordinary plates, and can operate reliably outdoors for ten to eight years.The cabinet surface is coated with an electrophoretic primer and then coated with an outdoor-grade polyester powder coating with a thickness of over 80 μm.This provides rust and corrosion resistance as well as scratch resistance, enabling the cabinet to withstand harsh environments such as coastal areas with salt spray and chemical industrial zones with acid and alkali.

Structural Design
