1.Our battery inverter enclosure’s materials:high-quality cold-rolled steel and stainless steel, which are selected according to the customer’s usage scenarios. The cold-rolled steel version is cost-effective, with two layers of corrosion-resistant and UV-resistant plastic powder sprayed on the surface. It can withstand sun and rain outdoors without rusting or peeling off easily. The stainless steel version is more durable, suitable for corrosive environments such as coastal areas and chemical zones. Even if it is exposed to salt spray all year round, it will not rust through and can be used for seven to eight years without problems.
2.In terms of thickness:we have made a 1.2mm thickened version, which is much sturdier than some thin iron sheet shells on the market. It sounds firm when knocked by hand, and slight collisions will not cause deformation at all, which can stably protect the internal inverter and battery.
The battery inverter enclosure adopts a sealed design, with high-elasticity waterproof rubber strips embedded around it, and the protection level can reach IP65. Whether it is rain, wind, dust or moisture, it cannot seep in, avoiding moisture damage and short circuits of internal components. There are precise heat dissipation holes reserved on the shell. When the inverter is working, it will generate heat, and these heat dissipation holes can timely discharge the hot air to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to overheating. There are also special wiring holes with reasonably reserved positions, so workers do not need to trouble with disassembly when wiring, saving time and effort. In addition, the edges and corners of the shell have been polished, so they will not scratch hands and are easy to install, which can be easily adapted to both wall-mounted and floor-standing installation.
